The Tribe Gym’s Facility & Equipment

The Tribe Gym is proud to offer its members a clean and spacious facility that is ideal for high intensity interval training. We have a large variety of equipment to train with. Training occurs in class and circuit based 30-35 minute workouts.

We are focused on helping our members reach their fitness goals safely. If there are any injuries before or during a workout or if you have difficulty performing a certain movement, we will quickly modify the workout for you.
